Procedure To Apply For Draw
- Draw start date – 23rd May 2025 ; Draw end date – 5th June 2025 ; Allotment date – 6th June 2025
- For Unsuccessful applicants the entire Application Amount shall be refunded after deducting a Processing fee of ₹1,000/- within 30 working days from the date of draw.
- For Government & Defense Employees Entire ₹45,000/- will be Refunded to those whose name will not be announced in the draw.
- Last Date for the submission of Application Form is 5th June 2025. Applications received after the last date shall not be eligible for the participation.
- Application form will not be accepted after Closing date. In case it is found at any stage that the issue date of payment instrument is after the closure of the scheme, the application will not be proceeded with, and in such cases the applicant will be solely responsible for the rejection of the application.
- In one Application form, applicant can give only 1 preference.
- Application forms with overwriting/fluid will not be entertained, in case a person wants any changes, it is advised to obtain and fill up a fresh application form.

Terms & Conditions
For Unsuccessful Applicants
- Entire Application Amount shall be refunded after deducting a Processing fee of ₹1,000/- within 30 working days from the date of draw.
- For Government & Defense Employees entire ₹45,000/- will be fully refunded (only to those whose name is not announced in the draw).
For Successful Applicants
- Applicant has to pay 50% payment of the Basic unit cost within 30 days from the date of Draw, out of which ₹2,00,000/- would be at payable at the time of selection on the date of draw, and remaining balance within 30 days from the date of Draw.
- Allotment will be done at the sole discretion of Developer.
- Applicant(s) will have to sign an appropriate Application and Builder Buyer’s Agreement (BBA) on the payment of amount equivalent to 50% of the Unit Cost.
Payments Stages
- ₹45,000/- To participate in Draw.
- ₹2,00,000/- On the Date of Draw and Unit Confirmation.
- 50% of Unit Cost within 30 days after draw date.
- 100% of Unit Cost to be given within 60 days after draw date or on Offer for Possession (Whichever is earlier).
Refund Policy
- If the applicant gets selected in the Draw and wants to Step Back due to any reason whatsoever before the unit confirmation; Entire Application amount of ₹45,000/- shall stand forfeited.
- The applicant agrees that after paying an installment and before the signing of the BBA, in case the applicant(s) wish/want to step back, any earnest money upto 10% of the unit cost paid till date to the company shall stand forfeited.
Other Terms
- All taxes, whether levied now or in future, on the land and/or the said shops shall henceforth be borne & payable by the applicant(s).
- The Super Area and exact Carpet area of the shop, and exact price calculation shall be communicated vide allotment as per the shop Allotted on the date of draw.
- Apart from the basic unit cost, other charges such as External Electrical Connectivity Charges, Labour Cess, Meter Charges, IFMS, Advance 1 year Meter Consumption charges shall be payable at the time of Possession.
